  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Upload a new image or change your display name.
  4. Click Save Changes to confirm.

Changes appear immediately across all your Scopes and account details.

2. Managing the Email Address on Your Account

You can update your account email at any time:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings → Email.
  2. Enter your new email and confirm with your password.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification link to finalize the update.

This ensures you continue receiving account alerts and billing notifications.

3. How to Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.
Enter your registered email, and you’ll receive a reset link.
Follow the link to create a new password, then log back in securely.

4. I Can’t Log In — What Should I Do?

If you’re unable to log in:

  • Double-check your email and password for accuracy.
  • Try the password reset option if needed.

Ensure your account is verified via email.

5. How to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel Your Subscription

Manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard:

  1. Go to Billing & Subscription.
  2. Choose Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm your choice to apply changes immediately or at the end of your billing cycle.
6. How to Update Your Payment Method

To change your payment details:

  1. Open Billing & Payment in settings.
  2. Select Update Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new card or account details and save.

Your future renewals will use the updated method automatically.

7. Where to Find Your Invoices and Billing History

You can access your payment records at any time:

  • Go to Billing History in your dashboard.
  • Select an invoice to view or download it as a PDF.

All transactions are securely stored and visible to the account holder only.

8. What Happens When My Prime Subscription Ends?

When your Prime plan expires, your account automatically reverts to a Free Scope.
Your Scopes remain active but premium features (analytics, unique URL, marketplace access) will be paused until renewal.

9. How to Permanently Delete Your Account

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Security.
  2. Choose Delete Account Permanently.
  3. Confirm by entering your password.

All Scopes, data, and history will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
