If you’re unable to log in: Double-check your email and password for accuracy. Try the password reset option if needed. Ensure your account is verified via email. If issues continue, contact support@foxscope.com with your registered details for quick assistance.
If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Enter your registered email, and you’ll receive a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password, then log back in securely.
You can update your account email at any time: Navigate to Account Settings → Email. Enter your new email and confirm with your password. Check your inbox for a verification link to finalize the update. This ensures you continue receiving account alerts and billing notifications.
To update your profile picture or display name: Go to Account Settings from your dashboard. Click Edit Profile. Upload a new image or change your display name. Click Save Changes to confirm. Changes appear immediately across all your Scopes and account details.
All Marketplace users are expected to follow Fox Scope’s fair-use and conduct policy. This includes: Listing only original Scope names owned by you. Avoiding misleading or copyrighted names. Maintaining transparency in pricing and communication. Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.
After payment confirmation, the Prime Scope name is automatically transferred to your account. Ownership details are updated instantly, and the previous owner loses access to edit or manage the Scope. You can then personalize it immediately — add content, links, or assign it to a business profile.
A small transaction fee applies to successful sales. Payouts are processed securely through Fox Scope’s payment gateway and transferred to the seller’s registered account within a set timeframe. Exact rates and payout times can be viewed in the Marketplace settings under “Fees & Payouts.”
When setting a price, consider: Relevance: Names linked to locations, industries, or popular keywords may have higher value. Uniqueness: Short, memorable names are more desirable. To browse names, open the Marketplace and use filters such as category, price, or popularity. When you find a name you want, click “Purchase” to begin a secure transaction. Ownership transfers automatically once payment is completed, and your new Scope appears in your account dashboard.
Listing your Scope name is simple: Go to your Prime Scope settings. Select “List in Marketplace.” Add a price, description, and category. Confirm listing visibility. Once approved, your Scope appears in the Marketplace, visible to all users browsing available names.
Only verified Prime Scope users can participate in the Marketplace. To buy or sell a name, users must have an active Fox Scope account, verified contact details, and an active Prime subscription. This ensures that all listings are legitimate and every transaction is traceable within the platform.
